'07 - Now: President, 1366 Technologies   
Founded 1366 Technologies together with MIT Professor Ely Sachs.  The goal of 1366 Technologies is to make silicon solar cells cost competitive with coal generated electricity.

'97 - '06: President, Bluefin Robotics Corp.
Founded Bluefin Robotics Corporation together with MIT's Dr. James Bellingham.  Bluefin enjoyed double digit growth and was always profitable under Frank's leadership. Bluefin became the leading robotics companies in its field and is known for its technical competence and a customer centric approach. The company maintained a strong balance sheet, a healthy cash flow and a team of highly qualified engineers. Held the team together under intense schedule and recruiting pressure. Bluefin was sold to Battelle and the shareholders made a 442% return on their investment.

'88 - '95: Raychem, European Marketing Manager  
Managed an international team.  Responsible for innovative market research, rapid product development and Raychem's largest communications budget.
Sales Manager: Managed the Benelux team, successfully guided the team through the bankruptcy of its largest distributor. In 1991, Frank was Raychem's top salesman, based on margin contribution.
European Technical Manager: Started and implemented product rationalization, developed and introduced 14 new products, eliminated 100 plus references, cut cost by k$500 annually and reduced inventory by k$350. 
Resolved a ten million-dollar damage claim from JGC (Japanese). Participated in a patent lawsuit.

'83-'87: Shell Shell Oman. Operation engineer, responsible for the technical planning of  three drilling rigs. Each rig had an annual budget of US$ 20 million.
Shell California: Drilling engineer, responsible for one drilling rig. Initiated and developed an innovation for which world-wide patents were granted.
